The AvatarMenu is out-living ProfileAttributesStorage, and causing a use after free. Disable its allocation for the moment. There are a menu of follow-up fixes available: - Ensure ExtensionAppShimHandler be terminated before ProfileAttributesStorage (and consider using a CheckedObserver instead of an UncheckedObserver). - Make AvatarMenu use a weak pointer to ProfileAttributesStorage and allow ExtensionAppShimHandler to outlive ProfileAttributesStorage. This is intended to be a verbatim copy of https://www.chromium.org/developers/content-module and will be revised later. An exception is the diagram isn't copied to the repository as it'll need to replaced anyway. Also, the existing link in the README to the Bluetooth doc is kept. This moves the sorting of the sandwich as late as possible in the update cycle. This is needed because new intervals can be introduced by the various "sandwich loops" (UpdateTiming and UpdateSyncBases), and thus the ordering of the sandwich needs to re-evaluated after these have run. This improves the fix for issue 740541, and allows to remove the SVGSMILElement::IntervalIsDirty() method that it added (which meant that InstanceTimeChanged would always generate a new interval and thus that the early sort would end up doing the right thing). This CL moves the event handling to DWTHLinux and reuses a dispatching mechanism in WTHPlatform::DispatchEvent. The CL does not bring any functional changes, but rather does some code moves. What is more, it is now responsibility of X11Window to send the event to correct delegate based on the capture state.
