This CL splits out the network error dialog display logic into its own class - WebApkSplashNetworkErrorObserver.java This CL also: - Renames WebappSplashScreenController#onFinishedNativeInit() to onShowWithNative() because the method is always called after show(). - Renames SameActivityWebappSplashDelegate#mOfflineDialog to #mWebApkOfflineDialog for clarity. Whenever we linearize or encode sRGB, we use custom fast routines to do this; other transfer functions go through a slower general case path. We "recently" realized that the specialized sRGB routines are only accurate over an input domain of about [-2,2]. This is normally fine, as the common input domain is normalized values in [0,1], but sometimes we deal with colors outside a given gamut. In the limit, a from_sRGB(to_sRGB(x)) roundtrip asymptotes to 8, not x like you'd want! So flipping this flag switches us to keep using the fast sRGB math when we're sure the inputs are normalized, but switch over to the general case if we even suspect we're not. One way to create a MenuRunner is through its MenuModel-based constructor: https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/ui/views/controls/menu/menu_runner.h?l=109&rcl=75b927b4f2d4193d77c1721d8415aadac33f5b4e This uses the BuildMenu method in MenuModelAdapter to create the MenuItemView based on the MenuModel. However, if the MenuModel later changes, the MenuItemView doesn't get updated accordingly, since it was only built once on construction. This CL makes MenuRunnerImplAdapter the delegate of its MenuModel, and when it sees a change, it makes it rebuild the menu. This change provides overrides for GetYUVA8Planes and QueryYUVA8 so that the generator can be used as a fake for YUV decoding within unit tests. It also CHECKs that RGB-only methods are not called within the |is_yuv_| mode and vice versa, while providing |expect_fallback_to_rgb_| for future tests/code paths. This is because there does not yet exist software rendering for YUV, so software fallback goes to RGB. //.vpython recently had colorama added to it, which means that adding the third_party version of colorama to then end of sys.path would result in the system package being chosen. This fixes the import order of javac.py so that the third_party/ one is chosen over system packages. It also changes print_python_deps.py to *not* use vpython, so that it will match the behavior of GN / Ninja.
