Our various libraries should not be picking or depending on a particular
allocator choice - that should be an application level choice. This creates
a generic AllocatorExtension interface that can optionally be backed by
entry points to a particular allocator's MallocExtension interface if the
application chooses to.

it.  Initializing the variable earlier so it stops complaining.

When importing Linux system events treat a trace_event_clock_sync
record with 0 parent timestamp as a noop.  While here do the same
when the calculated time shift is zero.

* Split GDataDirectory::children_ into child_files_ and child_directories_. This is necessary because we plan to offload child_files_ to GDataDB (but not child_directories_).
* Add helpers FindChild and AddChild. Rename RemoveEntryFromChildrenList to RemoveChild.
* Do not serialize GDataEntry::file_name, serialize GDataEntry::parent_resource_id
* Use SetParent instead of set_parent, which also sets the parent_resource_id.
* Implement GetFilePath using recursion instead for simplicity.
* Move SetFileNameFromTitle to within AddEntry.
* Move kGDataRootDirectory (gdata) to ctor of GDataRootDirectory.
* Other minor cleanup.
