Guest profiles are not added to profile attribute storage since they are only stored in memory. But we need to add ephemeral Guest profiles to the storage (similar to ephemeral profiles) so that after a crash, they would be found and deleted. This CL adds IsGuest to ProfileAttributeStorage to keep track of ephemeral Guest profiles and updates related metrics tests. Please see go/ephemeral-guest-profiles for more context. Previously, AllowTrustedTypePolicy only returned whether the violation should be considered as a type error. Now, an enum is added to report if which type of violation occurred. This enum also gets set in case of a report-only violation (in which case the method returns true). Due to an old copy-paste error, incoming captured NV12 GMB frames in VideoCaptureImpl were equipped with mailboxes containing a SyncToken meant for use inside contexts that shares the same IPC channel with the context that generates the sync token. It was missed due to CrOS not run with DCHECKs on for a while and was encountered late in the developments for macOS zero-copy capture. This CL fixes this by getting a verified sync token instead. Tested: local mac test with H264 HW encode with 0c path capture.
