The previous implementation of these tests relied on asynchronous view controller presentation as well as implementation details of InfobarCoordinator and InfobarContainerIOS. This CL updates these tests to instead directly call the public API of the tab helper. It also uses FakeInfobarIOS so that full InfobarCoordinator objects no longer need to be constructed for the tests to operate. This CL replaces .mojom.h with .mojom-forward.h in some sub-directories of chrome/browser/chromeos to reduce the pre-processed size of header files and shorter build time. The sub-directories are following, - chrome/browser/chromeos/chrostini - chrome/browser/chromeos/extensions - chrome/browser/chromeos/file_manager This CL has no behavior changes.
