GN recently added support for Apple frameworks to link, rather than overloading the libs lists. This pulls .frameworks out of the libs lists, so that GN can stop supporting .frameworks in libs in the future. Make the comment in the MatchesAVIFSignature() method more accurate. Correct the brand that indicates AVIF ('avif' or 'avis', not 'av01'.) List the fields in the same order as they appear in the byte stream. Change "version" to "minor version". Note: We could get rid of the hardcoded 144-byte maximum length by reading the 'size' field of the 'ftyp' box as in https://crrev.com/c/2277182. I can attempt that in a separate CL. When there are incompatible apps on different type of devices under the same user account, it is possible that moving or adding an app on an empty spot on a page of a different type of device (e.g. Device 1) may cause app overflow on another device (e.g. Device 2) since it may have more apps on the same page. See details in http://crbug.com/1098174#c11. When the change is synced to the Device 2, paged view structure may load meta data and detect a full page of apps without a page break item at the end of the overflowed page, which will mess the calculation in PagedViewStructure::GetTargetItemIndexForMove later if user moves app around. Therefore, after the sync service has finished processing sync change, SaveToMetaData should be called to insert a page break item at the end of each full page if the page break is found missing. This change adds logic to check that the user has Lite mode enabled for the LiteVideo optimization. This change also checks the network condition before allowing media requests to be throttled. The network must be cellular and have a minimum network quality before allowing throttling to occur. The minimum network parameters are controllable via finch. GN recently added support for Apple frameworks to link, rather than overloading the libs lists. This pulls .frameworks out of the libs lists, so that GN can stop supporting .frameworks in libs in the future.
