This change removes the pp::KeyboardInputEvent dependency from PDFiumEngine. There are two reasons to remove this dependency: - Ability to unit test OnKeyDown, OnKeyUp and OnChar event handlers - Facilitate the PPAPI deprecation by moving some PPAPI dependencies out of PDFiumEngine. Use android.content.res.Resources#getIdentifier to lookup app resource id and fall back to class look up by reflection if it fails. This change clearly separates the three categories of ChromeVox tests: - unit: runs in a V8 context; these tests are now moved to the unit_tests target. - webui: runs in a simple page (given by a dummy url); run in the browser_tests target. - extension: runs in ChromeVox's background renderer; run in the browser_tests target. Has no functional changes. The last use of main_view_ was to get the main frame's current URL, but grabbing the current frame instead, where queueLoad() is called from, also works to build the desired relative URL for loading. At that point TestInterfaces is doing nothing at all anymore, and can be removed. There now exist no process-wide pointers down to track the "main" RenderView/WebView/MainFrame. From here, it should be relatively straight-forward to collapse the BlinkTestRunner into WebViewTestProxy and/or TestRunner, depending on if the code needs to be per-RenderView (such as is_main_window()?), or if the code is part of the test control flow (such as TestFinished(). Then, it should hopefully again be much more straight-forward to move code that is now process-global up to (single) the WebTestControlHost in the browser process. This removes the experimental transport selection sheet that came with enabling the WebAuthenticationPhoneSupport feature. The feature now uses the existing transport selectioni instead, including a new caBLEv2-specific dialog sheet that prompts the user to authenticate with their phone and gives them the option to pair a new phone. The UI for enabling Bluetooth, automatically or manually, is reused from caBLEv1. The transport auto selection logic will skip to caBLE during a GetAssertion request if a phone has been paired previously and caBLE is the most recently used transport. All changes are intended to only affect user-visible behavior if the WebAuthenticationPhoneSupport feature is enabled. During startup, we want to disable the V8 cache if we're loading a devtools test. That can be done directly from BlinkTestRunner where the main frame is being loaded. During test completion, we want to check the main frame's mime type for text/plain, in order to change our output to text without a pixel dump. This can be done directly against the main frame, since BlinkTestRunner::TestFinished() runs against that main test window's main frame. This removes 2 more places causing problematic tracking of the "main view" in the renderer, when it may change over the course of a test due to frame swaps on cross-site navigations, and in the future on same-site navigations as well. This code predates the command buffer's support for validating all of ES 3.0. It causes a synchronous round-trip call which is very slow. Move the check to the validating command decoder.
