MessageFilters, specifically ResourceMessageFilter, need a chance to
clean up its state on IO thread, even if the IPC channel is closed before
the connection is fully established. Though in the existing code,
ChannelProxy doesn't call clean up functions for its |pending_filters_|.
After this CL, MessageFilter::OnChannelClosing and OnFilterRemoved will
be called for all MessageFilters passed to ChannelProxy::AddFilter.

Use the printer pref object shown in the print preview dialog to select
the appropriate printer from the backend.  If said printer is not
registered with the backend, register it first.  Additional integration
with the PPD Provider and launching settings will be required in the
future.

NOTE: This disables printing for printers without PPDs for now.

Previously, PopupAlignmentDelegate assumed the display's y-axis origin is 0. But it is not true in case of non-primary display which is not vertically aligned with the primary display. This patch makes PopupAlignmentDelegate consider such a non-primary display and fixes the issue.
