The two callsites can use GetClientProviderHostIterator() instead.

Just code cleanup. This is also nicer as the callsites don't need to
manually call is_execution_ready to filter out reserved clients.

This is a follow-up CL of r548708. We don't have to use DeleteSoon().
It should be fine just deleting it when the mojo connection is disconnected.

Add support in chrome.fileManagerPrivate.getFileTasks to return
file task 'view-in-browser' for a single text file.  This is
required by QuickView to determine that a text file can be shown.

Change QuickView-related files to use iframe rather than webview.
Note that this change is only used for testing parts of the UI.
Production code is unchanged and still uses webview for security.

Put files_quick_view.html path in constants so that it can be
overriden in test to use version of file with iframe vs webview.

The notification was not sent to MessageCenter.
It is because ArcInstanceStopped signal is delivered before
UpgradeArcContainer's reply, so ArcSessionImpl instance is
already deleted when LOW_DISK_SPACE reply is recieved from
session_manager.

We're about annotating LOW_DISK_SPACE to ArcInstanceStopped signal.
Then, ArcSessionImpl can look at it.
For transition, this CL still keeps old code, considering the
chrome roll. Following CLs will clean them up.

Add CAPTION_BUTTON_ICON_ZOOM type. I'll update ash frame code in a separate CL
