This is a partial reland of https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/705775 That CL caused issue 768886 (spike in hang reports). I suspect this was caused by a change in enum IDs rather than this change to the hang watching code and this CL will help narrow down the cause. Add a DCHECK to enforce that FrameSinkIds are registered before adding them to hierarchy. This is already the case for all usage, except one test which I fixed, but this will enforce it doesn't get broken. Also remove ImageTransportFactory initialization from OffscreenCanvasProviderImplTests. It's not actually used. Some images contain ICC profiles that do not match their color space. After creating an SkColorSpace, if it does not have the right Type, drop it. This depends on https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/skia/+/64261 to build. The only immediate behavior change should be if a CMYK image has an RGB ICC profile, we will now drop the RGB profile. A follow-on change to Skia (https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/skia/+/64841) will allow SkColorSpace::MakeICC to return CMYK SkColorSpaces. That will fix Bug: 727128, while this change will prevent that fix from "breaking" images that are not CMYK but have CMYK profiles. Since active downloads need to be persisted across browser restarts and the DownloadService will identify these downloads using the GUID, these GUIDs must be stored in BackgroundFetchDataManager. To that end, this CL generates the GUIDs in BackgroundFetchDataManager, when a download moves from the pending queue to the active queue and stores it BackgroundFetchRequestInfo. BackgroundFetchDelegateProxy will now use this GUID rather than generating its own for each fresh download. Currently, in the (md_)user_pod_row.js code, there's key-down listeners that are bound directly on the document element, so its catching arrow/enter key events from the create-user or supervised-user interface, and triggering user-pod selections even while #user-pods-page is visually hidden. This CL stops any keydown event propagation from the interfaces mentioned above, as a solution with minimal code-change. A follow-up is recommended to examine whether or not it's necessary to bind listeners for user-pod selections on the entire document. Add InitializeRequestStatus method to BackgroundFetchDataManager::Controller, which should be called once the current download status is loaded from the database, giving the total number of downloads, the number completed so far and any GUIDs for downloads that are still in progress. Currently the method is still called almost immediately by the DataManager in SetController, but this will change when the downloads are properly persisted. The native media controls use CSS internal to Chrome (User Agent CSS) and the buttons are data urls embedded into the stylesheet. This adds a new "uacss" initiator that can only request images with data urls. This check is performed before the CSP check so it will also fix sites that are broken because they block data urls. This CL makes VaapiWrapper::VADisplayState internal to vaapi_wrapper.cc; it removes two unnecessary member variables (|major_version_| and |minor_version_|) which were used in a single method, which is slightly rewritten for early-return. The method VaapiWrapper::GetDisplayState() is made VADisplayState::Get() which makes more sense. Until recently, this would have not existed and instead we'd have a LazyInstance, but times have changed :-) TEST=compile a simplechrome with the patch, deploy to soraka, then navigate to crosvideo2.appspot.com, reproduce e.g. VP9 1080p, and verify in chrome://media-internals that GpuVideoDecoder is used (and, of course, that the reproduction is as good as w/o the patch). Seeing Issue 713699, it's suspicious if Blink is always using the correct isolate/thread. Especially in this case, it must be always the main thread and its own isolate because a Window must never be instantitated in non-main thread/isolate. Adds CHECKs to confirm it. The Worklet spec defines the referrer policy as follows: "5. Let inheritedReferrerPolicy be outsideSettings's referrer policy." https://drafts.css-houdini.org/worklets/#script-settings-for-worklets However, our current impl sets the referrer policy to an empty String. This CL makes WorkletGlobalScope inherit outsideSettings's referrer policy, that is, parent Document's referrer policy. <Details of this change> Before this CL, GlobalScopeCreationParams is created with a string representing a referrer policy on the main thread and then it's parsed on a worker thread. This flow doesn't match the Worklet spec because Worklets inherit the Document's referrer policy that is already parsed. To handle it, this CL changes GlobalScopeCreationParams's referrer policy field from a string to ReferrerPolicy, and also changes places to parse the referrer policy header from a worker thread to the main thread for Workers. Also, this CL adds WPT tests for the referrer policy on Worklets.
