See the inline comment and the attached bug for the case that this is handling. I suspect this would be extremely rare but possible, especially as we extend support to extensions post-MVP. I opted with no-oping in this case, since I think any side effects are likely to be unintended. SecurityContext is nominally 1:1 with ExecutionContext in LocalFrames and workers. However, each ExecutionContext subclass also has to subclass SecurityContext. Remove the couple of virtual functions from it, and make it an owned member of ExecutionContext (except for RemoteFrames, where the RemoteSecurityContext will continue to be owned by the RemoteFrame). Added a few helpers to ExecutionContext for commonly called SecurityContext functions. The others will require another step of indirection. The new FuchsiaAudioRenderer renders audio stream through fuchsia.media.AudioConsumer interface. Unlike the default AudioRendererImpl it doesn't decode the stream. Instead it passes encoded data to the system. Also added new FuchsiaRendererFactory. It creates the default VideoRendererImpl for video, and FuchsiaAudioRenderer for audio stream. The new RendererFactory is currently disabled by default. It can be enabled with a new command line flag --enable-fuchsia-audio-consumer. This change effectively re-launches the behavior of not compositing trivial 3d transforms on low-end devices. This was removed with https://crrev.com/707600 to make the analysis of a finch trial easier. crrev.com/c/1872794 landed a flag to enable or not propagating the HDR transfer function to the ui/compositor; some WebApps, however, look at screen.pixelDepth to decide if they should serve HDR content or not. This CL forces the Display bits_per_channel to 8 when the flag is disabled, to prevent using HDR entirely.
