This patch introduces a dedicated sync invalidations service. It is not wired yet and there is no any factory using or creating it. The service provides a handler which is used to retrieve an FCM token and process incoming messages. A listener to pass all received messages will be added in a separate CL. The IO thread is believe to have been accidentally used for years for reading and writing bookmarks to disk. Despite the name, the IO thread's purpose is mostly about networking and excludes disk operations. This patch adopts ThreadPool instead. Specifically, two separate task runners are created, one for reading bookmarks and one for writing. This allows adopting different task traits, since the needs are quite different: 1. Loading: TaskPriority::USER_VISIBLE is adopted because bookmarks are displayed prominently in the UI (specially on desktop). 2. Saving: TaskPriority::BEST_EFFORT is sufficient, but it should block shutdown to avoid user data loss. This approach renders StartupTaskRunnerService unnecessary, because it consisted precisely of a home-grown mechanism to defer the load until other higher-priority tasks have completed. The expectation here is that TaskPriority::USER_VISIBLE should achieve similar results, so StartupTaskRunnerService is deleted altogether. Currently we are intending to launch with the existing gallery icon. This cl adds all the resolutions of the * our app icon to our manifest.json * the gallery icon to our resources file (media_app_resources.grd). Points our app icons i.e. "system_assets/app_icon_*.png" to the gallery icons. When we add our own app icon b/141588875, we don't need to change our manifest.json file. We would just need to: * remove IDR_MEDIA_APP_GALLERY_ICON_*_PNG from media_app_resources.grd * add resources for our app icon to our internal resource file media_app_bundle_resources.grd. * update our resource paths in media_app_ui.cc to point at our resources from media_app_bundle_resources.grd (might need to do this from the guest context). or if we ship the icon to chromium just update IDR_MEDIA_APP_GALLERY_ICON_*_PNG to point at the new icon location. Note: some follow up work needed to get this working for rendering the right resolution for the taskbar crbug/1110768. They are currently monotonic flags in practice (for a reason [1]), but not actually generated as such. This is because the same flags were set in a non-monotonic way in the old code path in the StyleResolver.
