Specifically, this CL does the following: * Run `git cl format --full` over all files in the directory. * Replace deprecated base::Time::FromInternval() in TimeSoother's unit tests. See https://crbug.com/634507 for more information. * Remove 'default' case from switch statements in NavigationControllerImpl. These switch statements previously verified that a case was implemented for all enum values via runtime-checks. Removing the 'default' case lets the compiler verify this instead. That way the DevUiModuleProvider becomes lean and mostly just forwards calls to the module infra. To make that work, this CL adds a special InstallListener that forwards install signals to native. Its lifetime is tied to the Java listener lifetime so that DevUiModuleInstaller doesn't have to maintain a list of callbacks on the native side. + Moving DevUiModuleProvider to //chrome/android/modules/dev_ui to be more similar to other modules. This change moves the enumeration of color profile paths off main thread and cache values correctly. The code currently reads the color profiles off the main thread so it is not changing when the profiles are made available. Also, with the correct caching of the paths we won't be going down this expensive path as much. Currently we are re-enumerating and reading the color profiles whenever a top-level window message is received. On my fast dev box with 3 monitors just the enumeration of the color profile paths takes 80ms. This is way early in startup so it is critical to get this off the main thread. https://crrev.com/c/1832477 previously added the spawn animation and made it being used for all add-item-to-overview while overview is active. This animation should not be used for dragging a window to overview, or removing it from splitscreen, and should only be limited to appending an item to overview as a result of desk removal. One potential explanation for issue 1009402 is that the individual per-family results come back empty so that eventual no font files get added to the result proto. Record a percentage of empty family results. If this new UMA unit shows a ratio of 0%, each font family yielded at least one font file. If the ratio is 100% - which would be the error case we're looking for - all per-family scan tasks came back empty. The high water mark for the count queuing strategy used for a SerialPort's WritableStream needs to be at least one or else the desiredSize property of the writer will always be zero. This prevented methods like pipeTo() from working. New tests for piping readable and writable through a TransformStream have been added.
