The recent refactoring (linked bug) broke them in two ways: * Tests were being filtered based on having "test" in the path, but the names now are all just "shard". * When an apk_under_test exists, dex files from both apks were being copied to the same directory, so "shard1.dex" was being clobbered. This also refactors ClassLoaderPatcher a bit to make it more clear what logic happens on O+ vs pre-O. Currently, the unindexed subresource filter rulesets are being treated as text files, however, they are constructed a little strangely. For example, many lines end in control characters. One such control character is ^M, i.e. \r, so some (but only a few) lines end with \r\n. This interferes with git patches, causing some tools to then incorrectly 'fix' these inconsistent line endings to \n, corrupting the ruleset. Adding a .gitattributes file in the appropriate folder should cause git to treat these files as binary, preventing this hypercorrection. ResetAnimatedType() and ApplyResultsToTarget() are always called in "sequence" by the one method (SMILAnimationSandwich::ApplyAnimationValues), so we can move the call to SetAnimatedAttribute() to the latter method. Then we fold the calls to InvalidateAnimatedAttribute() into the Set/ClearAnimatedAttribute calls. Also simplify Set/ClearWebAnimatedAttributes() since they can now trivially call into the modified versions of Set/ClearAnimatedAttribute(). For SVGAnimateMotionElement, move the invalidation of the target from CalculateAnimatedValue() to ApplyResultsToTarget(). These libraries are not available in gLinux. Trying to run msan binaries will result in dynamic linker errors since eg. libjpeg.so.8 doesn't exist (it has a more up-to-date libjpeg.so.62 instead). With the new instrumented libraries, chrome dynamically links. However there are several more steps outlined in bug 1017974 that are necessary to get it into a more usable state. With these additional modifications, msan/chrome runs on gLinux without issue. Measure and record gpu discarable cache and transfer cache memory usage and record as a UMA though existing memory dump infra. |total_size_| tracks cache usage including non-locked memory. This metric is an upperbound of memory usage, as we do not update when the backing memory is removed by the system. Top-controls scrolling was missing a couple of key things: . when the top-controls are completely visible (and no gesture/scroll is underway), the height of the Webcontents should shrink. . DoBrowserControlsShrinkRendererSize() should not change value while a gesture/scroll is underway (otherwise the scrollbar bounces around). The logic added should match that of Chrome.
