In a previous review: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/986472 we re-enabled all telemetry_unittests and telemetry_perf_unittests under viz on a Linux FYI bot. This confirmed some have been fixed, while also confirming 3 non-flaky failures. I'm disabling the failing ones. This change doesn't modify the CQ. The KitKat Phone Tester config is used by the linux_android_rel_ng CQ bot. ToTAndroid now runs the same tests as that bot, but they don't pass due to build config differences. It would of course be nice if the tests passed without the official codecs etc. but that shouldn't be a distraction from keeping the ToT bots green in the config tested by the CQ. This CL adds a bool to track whether the user is interacting via touch or mouse. When the user is interacting via touch, we ignore certain pointer events that were causing many issues on Android (or any touch- enabled device). In particular, this fixes an issue where users were unable to use the overlay play button in certain cases. The underlying chain of events that caused the button to not receive a tap was: 1) While controls are shown, user taps on overlay play button to pause 2) MediaControlsImpl sees a pointerout event from the user's tap, and stops the hide timer 3) OnTimeUpdate fired, seeing a stopped timer and hiding the controls 4) MediaControlsImpl sees a gesturetap from the user's tap, and decides to show the controls 5) The controls reappear, but the user's tap has already been handled and the overlay play button sees nothing Bug: 822763 Change-Id: Ia085c7f1cd082c0f44b60f22333146cd6de5f841 Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/982900Reviewed-by:

Attempt to remove these custom bindings again after 2015's https://codereview.chromium.org/1119653002 and others. At the time the CLs were reverted because of performance regressions; I seem to be unable to trigger the perf trybots myself, so we will need to see if there is anything to fix after landing. There was nothing in the custom bindings that really required custom code, so the existing implementations of the named setter/getter/enumerator/query were moved almost as-is to CSSStyleDeclaration.cpp. The local supporting functions were almost untouched as well, except for the fact that they were moved into an anonymous namespace instead of being made static, and they all take AtomicString's in their arguments rather than String's. Removing these custom bindings helps get rid of named property queries (this was the only custom named query implementation in the tree), which we need to do in order to be able to instantiate indexed and named property handlers the same way and simplify our bindings code. This enables code caching for <script> tags whose source code is embedded in the HTML. External scripts store their cached code on metadata associated with the external script resource; now, inline scripts store their cached code on metadata associated with the HTML document's RawResource. To allow multiple inline scripts per HTML page, the RawResource metadata can hold multiple code caches. These are keyed by the SHA-256 hash of the script's source, which is a large enough hash that we don't have to worry about collisions, and thus don't have to store the script's source in the cache. The multi-script metadata has a simple serialization format optimized for easy serialize/deserialize: marker (uint32) num_entries (int) key 1 (Key type) len data 1 (size_t) type data 1 data for key 1 ... key N (Key type) len data N (size_t) type data N data for key N Inline scripts receive a CachedMetadataHandler implementation which is a view onto this multi-script handler. UpdateStartEnd takes start and end position as parameters, and then does a DCHECK_LE for start and end. EphemeralRange constructor also does same DCHECK. Since UpdateStartEnd is called from many places, so to catch a bug at the call site, function UpdateStartEnd is made to take EphemeralRange instead.
