The content of the function was very small. This CL folds SelectType::DidSelectOption() into call sites, and makes it a pure virtual function. Note that ScrollToSelection() for MenuListSelectType is empty. So MenuListSelectType::DidSelectOption() doesn't need it. This CL has no behavior changes. Per crbug.com/1002391#c12 "Manage Linux sharing" is both a menu button label and a toast button label. This label is too wide for a toast button per UX and should be changed to "Manage".
