Added re-entrency checking to GC allocation and collection. It is an error to allocate or collect from within a collection. We've had at least one case of each bug in the past. Added a comment to the API header, explaining that API clients must not make this mistake, either. Looks like ResourceHandle _has_ to do everything asynchronously if we don't want to run into lots of trouble in the loader. Implement support data: URLs. Fix weird crashes when running the layout tests. The reason was that I used KURL (and thus DeprecatedString) in a thread. Unfortunately that class is not threadsafe at all.
