This is meant to fix http://crbug.com/639410 by making it so that if there are files that are both added and deleted (e.g. downloaded and then de-duped), they won't ever be staged since all changes would be aggregated and de-duped before running git add/rm. When a page specifies a CSP of style-src 'self', it does not allow inline style changes. However, the node under User-Agent shadow trees should be an exception as developers are not allowed to modify the inline-style, but blink may need it. So we add shadow dom elements as an exception under CSP. BUG=648589 Review-Url: https://codereview.chromium.org/2359813002 Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/master@{#420456}

It seems that providing random data to the VPX parser can make it call the video frame pool with illegal parameters. Revert of Include addresses with the getdetailsforsavecard Payments RPC. (patchset #3 id:60001 of https://codereview.chromium.org/2349033002/ ) Reason for revert: This change introduced static initializers. See https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromium/builders/Linux%20x64/builds/25932/steps/sizes/logs/stdio. See http://neugierig.org/software/chromium/notes/2011/08/static-initializers.html for more details on why this matters. Original issue's description: > Include addresses with the getdetailsforsavecard Payments RPC. > > These addresses will be used by Payments to determine the correct legal > documents to show the user and to verify that the addresses are valid > for their purposes (and thus won't fail on any subsequent save). > > Names and phone numbers are removed from the addresses before uploading > since they are not useful for these purposes. > > BUG=535784 > > Committed: https://crrev.com/da7eb69a380d53eec42cc4e620e55b78e5d6fa82 > Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/master@{#420409} TBR=estade@chromium.org,jdonnelly@chromium.org # Skipping CQ checks because original CL landed less than 1 days ago. After https://codereview.chromium.org/1879793003, ImageLoader::hasPendingActivity() became false for ImageDocument and thus HTMLImageElement::selectSourceURL() didn't consider the image as still loading during load (|imageStillLoading| became false). This caused ImageDocument not to be displayed progressively. This CL makes HTMLImageElement to use primary content for ImageDocument. This causes ImageDocument not to be replaced with fallback content, but I expect that is more acceptable than images not displayed progressively. Associated bug's #3 is a revert and got me thinking that we don't log the error received in the VCDTest's MockVideoCaptureDeviceClient's, so this CL adds a small ON_CALL for it. The difference is that, e.g. in the OpenInvalidDevice test case, we get an extra line with the error origin, message and the OS/System error message, if any.
