If a zero state search provider won't have results displayed, but has a high-scoring result that the user hasn't seen many times, swap it in place of a to-be-displayed result at the bottom of the list. Design doc: http://bit.ly/33Xanuw This patch is based on alancutter@'s crrev.com/c/1768599 with some more refactorings and fixes. This CL rewrites the LengthInterpolationFunctions to use a dedicated InterpolableLength type instead of an InterpolableList of InterpolableNumbers. This is testing out merging NonInterpolableValue data up into the InterpolableValue space for simpler conversion code and less conversion overhead. This also allows implementing interpolations on length values that involve comparison functions min/max(). It is not correct to assume that the delimiters will be in the same position in the formatted number string in every locale. Specifically, for Hindi, the formatted string is "1,23,456.78", which caused 3 and 6 to be sent as delimiters. Look for the delimiters after 3 and 6 instead. Using kFileSystemTypeNativeLocal lets us modify the tests for the hashing code to not require passing in the file path to be hashed. This means we're not only testing that the correct hash is calculated, but also that we're hasing the correct file. Links and images are sent in a vector from the plugin layer. This CL uses the vectors sent to create link and image nodes, and adds them in the PDFAccessibilityTree. Tests have been added to validate PdfAccessibilityTree creation mocking the data being sent from the plugin process. End to end tests will be added in another CL as vectors of links and images are not being populated as of right now. Once they are added in the plugin layer then we can add tests for the same. The VDA client for ARC++ (GpuArcVideoDecodeAccelerator) doesn't assign texture id for PictureBuffer. On the other hand, VDA unittest assigns the texture ids in import mode. This CL changes the test to pass no texture id to VDA and makes the test to follow the GpuArcVideoDecodeAccelerator implementation.
