This change adds checks to verify that the ArrayBuffers passed to WebUSB functions controlTransferOut(), isochronousTransferOut(), and transferOut() have not been detached. If so then an InvalidStateError is thrown. While the previous behavior was safe from use-after-frees it silently sent the USB device an empty buffer which would be difficult to debug. This CL is removing the code that is forcing the font smoothing. The setting is system-wide and can't be used with other unittests. see: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/desktop/api/winuser/nf-winuser-systemparametersinfoa "Retrieves or sets the value of one of the system-wide parameters. This function can also update the user profile while setting a parameter." The unittests should be able to detect both states if needed. This patch excludes out-of-flow objects in children of NGPaintFragment. NGPaintFragment tree is created for each inline formatting context. Roots of inline formatting contexts (e.g., floats, OOF, or inline blocks) are included only to make traversal possible. Because OOF objects always have self painting layer, |LayerPainter| handles traverslas during painting and hit- testing. Having them as a child is not needed. Note, |HasSelfPaintingLayer()| cannot be used for this purpopse because it may change without re-layout, for other cases than OOF objects. The browser needed two things: -if it was for the main frame's navigation request: it can deduce this already from the process/frame ID -if it's a cross-origin image request which depending on policy can bring up a login dialog: plumbed the policy to the renderer in RendererPreferences and reused ResourceRequest::do_not_prompt_for_login for this use case This is a step towards the TODO to remove this from network::ResourceRequest, since network service shouldn't know about this enum. Previously PlatformFallbackFontForCharacter() was sending 2 font provider requests and didn't guarantee that the returned font actually contain requested character. Rewrote it to fix both issues. Also added FontCache::GetBcp47LocaleForRequest() and updated all matchFamilyStyleCharacter() callers to use it. In reduced memory mode of Chrome, the browser context will be loaded asynchronously, so we need to wait until the profile being created and then retrieve the BlobStorageContextGetter from a Profile. This CL creates an interface to retrieve the BlobStorageContextGetter in a callback to download service. This CL adds a diagnostic DumpWithoutCrashing to LayerTreeHostImpl::StartPageScaleAnimation in order to detect if it ever gets called on OOPIF subframes (it shouldn't). If it does, this should give us more information via the stacktrace.
