We are aware that some users may not be able to receive email from Gmail accounts. Although it's not possible at the moment to turn the feature off entirely, you can choose to remove it from your favorites list by right clicking the folder and selecting Remove from Outlook performance fixes Favorites. You may find missing mail items after setting up a new profile. You may also create a new Outlook profile to resolve the send and receive errors.
