Remove ListValue::Append(new {Fundamental,String}Value(...)) pattern in //dbus

The raw pointer overload of ListValue::Append() is deprecated and will
be removed. Instead, code should just write:
- ListValue::AppendBoolean()
- ListValue::AppendInteger()
- ListValue::AppendDouble()
- ListValue::AppendString()
