Previously incognito tabs were always recovered no matter how the app was last shutdown. Instead, do not restore the incognito tabs if the user explicitly closes Chrome. If the system terminates the app, the tabs should be restored. (This can happen at any time and without user notice, so such terminations should not lead to a loss of the user's incognito tabs.) 1. region's output rule currently omits role *if* a page sets focus to it directly. This was done to omit verbose region announcements in Docs's live region. However, this meant we don't pick up on role description (which is part of the $role). Include it explicitly. 2. text fields have a slightly more involved role string computation which excluded role description. Include it. This clarifies (via tests) ChromeVox selection actions within editables triggered via user commands. One of the key changes is to collapse the selection when within content editables. This reduces the output when a user is navigating (e.g. next object, read all, jump to heading, etc). Within non-rich editables, navigating by the available text commands (character, word, line) will result in selection getting set on the range. This seems reasonable and sometimes useful to be able to then copy/paste. Other commands like read all, jump, etc are not relevant. PdfAccessibilityTree::CreateNode calls content::RenderAccessibility::GenerateAXID, which ends up calling BlinkAXTreeSource::ComputeRoot(), which accesses the WebFrame and a WebDocument. If that fails, it returns an empty/uninitialized WebAXObject as the root, which returns -1 from GenerateAXID. A -1 in the accessibility tree isn't necessarily bad, but reusing the same ID for multiple nodes will quickly lead to a CHECK failure. Fix it by checking that GenerateAXID is returning valid values in each plugin callback. The referenced bug reproduces because when a reload occurs while a load is already in progress, WebState::IsLoading() flips from true => false => true. When loading flips to false, a hide animation is started for the progress bar, and when it flips back to true, we used whether the progress bar is hidden to determine whether to execute the code in |-startProgressBar|. MDCProgressBar's implementation of the hide animation first adjusts the frame of the view, only actually setting the |hidden| property to YES in its completion block. There are two places when the progress bar is animated such that it will ultimately be hidden: when IsLoading() is flipped to false, or when a prerender animation is occurring. This CL adds a property for both of these scenarios so that this can be used as a flag in addition to the view's |hidden| property to determine whether or not the progress bar needs to be reset in |-startAnimating|. Additionally, these properties are used as a short circuit to prevent chained animation blocks from continuing if a new progress bar animation was started while a stop or prerender animation is occurring. Typically the LayoutView is marked for layout when it acquires children, who mark themselves and their containers. But we want an initial layout pass even if the LayoutView has no children, for bookkeeping tasks like setting LocalFrameView::last_viewport_size_. Setting last_viewport_size_ during the initial layout ensures that we send a resize event when an iframe leaves the display: none state. Two paint invalidation tests have updated baselines reflecting earlier removal of an iframe's initial vertical scrollbar. When chromium fuzzers are run with AFL, the process forks before calling LLVMFuzzerTestOneInput. This didn't work here because initialization needed for LLVMFuzzerTestOneInput to execute (specifically its call to run_loop.Run) needs to be done in the same thread running LLVMFuzzerTestOneInput. This CL moves the initialization to the same thread, by doing the initialization in the first execution of LLVMFuzzerTestOneInput.
