The flakes seemed to be caused by
interactive_test_utils::MoveMouseToCenterAndPress() sometimes clicking
the wrong button, or no button at all.

This CL instead simulates clicks by calling View::OnMouseEvent
directly on the target buttons.

We are seeing crash stacks when constructing the
ClientSideDetectionService since the SafeBrowsingService has not yet
been notified of the creation of the Profile. This is because in
certain circumstances (e.g.
https://crash.corp.google.com/browse?reportid=defdca17c66310c3) a
renderer is created for this Profile before ProfileManagerObservers are
notified. We can solve this by checking for the
DisableClientSidePhishingDetection flag explicitly, instead of calling
into ClientSideDetectionServiceFactory, which has the side effect of
creating a ClientSideDetectionService if it does not yet exist.

web_tests use headless windows, i.e. they create windows, but never call
Show(). The tests expect the window to report the initial size specified
in PlatformWindowInitProperties.bounds passed during initialization.
ScenicWindow wasn't using PlatformWindowInitProperties.bounds, as
result the compositor wasn't running so the pixel tests were timing out.
This change updates ScenicWindow to report the size requested by the
caller until Show() is called.

Including the WebContents header fails when a target doesn't depend on
content. Instead, we should only forward declare these classes in the
Cast web primary interfaces (CastWebContents, CastWebView,

In Chrome OS, GetDefaultBrowser() runs in
ChromeAppDelegate::NewWindowContentsDelegate::OpenURLFromTab() where it
will either navigate internally when it detects that the current running
chrome is the system default, else it calls
platform_util::OpenExternal().

The current implementation of CrOS OpenExternal() does an internal
navigation, however as part of b/168506505, we are changing this to use
guest_os::Launch() to launch VM apps.

Since chrome is always the default browser in Chrome OS, we can change
GetDefaultBrowser() to return IS_DEFAULT, which ensures OpenExternal()
is no longer called for internal navigations and it can be used solely
to launch VM apps.

Establish a strong virtual connection in the following cases:
- Launching a session without the invisibleSender field set in its
  presentation URL
- Making a connection to receiver-0

Otherwise create an invisible virtual connection, including cases where
we're requesting media status to show in the global media controls.

This is consistent with the behavior in virtual_connection_manager.js
and presentation_url.js in the component extension.

This dep increases the OTA size by 600kB, which exceeds the size
allowance for debug builds on some devices. Cast likely needs a
different mitigation for Y2038 as a proper long-term fix.
