This patch adds test that confirm
|selection.modify('move', 'right', 'character')| behavior on various
DOM tree including RTL characters.

This patch is a extraction from
editing/selection/move-left-right.html
which tests move right/left inside style=rtl/ltr.

Update MockFileSystem.populate to take entries as either strings, or
objects include fullPath and metadata.  Add additional opt_clear
flag to clear all entries before populating.

Move MockFileEntry.getMetadata to be on the correct parent class

File manager whitelists the filesystem types supported for volume
renaming. However, this is incorrectly being applied for file and
directory renames.

Only apply the filesystem type whitelisting if the entry being
considered is a root filesystem entry.

This CL implements a volume slider to UnifiedSystemTray.

  * View class of a volume slider that inherits UnifiedSliderView.

ui::Layer has a cc::SurfaceLayer and can set its primary surface. This
change allows ui::Layer to also set whether or not cc::SurfaceLayer
should stretch its content to fill the surface bounds, which will either
stretch or shrink to fit the surface.

This change is driven by the intent for Picture-in-Picture to be able
to scale the video (contents) to fit into the PiP window bounds.
Since the PiP surface embedder, or OverlaySurfaceEmbedder, utilizes a
ui::Layer, this change would allow the ability to customize the
cc::SurfaceLayer be exposed. Further work for the PiP sizing will be
done, including maintaining the aspect ratio.

This change addresses banding issues by using the newly added
glUnpremultiplyAndDitherCopyCHROMIUM.

In cases where we previously rasterized into a RGBA4444 target, we
instead rasterize into a temporary RGBA8888 target, then do an
unpremultiply/dither copy into the RGBA4444 target.

This means that tiles may be either unpremultiplied or premultiplied, so
we need a way to pipe this information to the GLRenderer, so it can
blend correctly. This change introduces a is_premultiplied property to

* Supports setting any valid property in internet-detail-page.
* Correctly provides the VPN type when setting VPN properties.

This change applies the existing gpu bug workaround,
init_gl_position_in_vertex_shader, to devices with PowerVR
GPUs. By initializing gl_postion to a known value, a vertex
shader can be created. This allows the following gl_tests
to pass on PowerVR devices:

This change adds a boolean `was_cached` to the SubresourceLoadInfo
struct.  This lets consumers know whether or not the response was
fetched from the network cache.  Notably, this is important for
recording page load metrics when the Network Service is enabled.

This token is globally-unqiue and has the same value between browser
and renderer. By using it in trace events, one can match frame attribution
for browser and renderer trace events. This will be used to at least
support OOPIFs in DevTools Performance panel in the future.
