If the selected OPTION label contains characters of which height is taller than the primary font, a shadow element containing the label expanded its line-height, however the SELECT box's height didn't expand. So its baseline was shifted. This CL gives a fixed line-height to the shadow element to fix the issue. This makes HTMLME responsible for notifying the player about events affecting the progress of media position. The idea with position updates in Media Session is to minimize resource usage. Instead of firing IPC to the browser every 250 ms to update the position, we transfer the data necessary for the browser to compute the correct current position at any moment (media position, time when media position was determined, playback rate). This allows us to only update the browser at significant events like playback start, pause, seeking, rate change, etc. Previously, WMPI was responsible for knowing all the significant events, which wasn't trivial (see for example issue 1072396). It seems that, inevitably, trying to cover all the significant time-related events in WMPI would mean duplicating parts of the HTMLME logic. In this change I refactored the ProcessResponseImpl function of the FrameAncestorThrottle so that it can process a list of different checks, and I moved into a subfunction the checks for the X-Frame-Options logic. In this way it will be easier to add additional checks to the FrameAncestorThrottle, that will be required for moving Content Security Policy - Embedder Enforcement out of blink. X11 tests can fail because start up of OpenBox is not synchronous and it is unknown when exactly it starts up. That results in a client that uses X11 missing events and flakiness of tests. Thus, to avoid that issue, use a small program that creates a dummy X11 windows and waits for the ReparentNotify event. That is, OpenBox decorates all the windows once it is initialized that results in that event. Once the event is received, we can be sure that the WM is up and running, and tests can be executed.
