Chrome OS Account Manager's UI does not automatically refresh itself for newly unauthenticated accounts. This makes re-auth inconvenient for users who may have Account Manager's UI already open and will not see a re-auth button for newly unauthenticated accounts. Observe |signin::IdentityManager::Observer:: OnErrorStateOfRefreshTokenUpdatedForAccount| to refresh accounts settings UI. Before this CL, if a field contains value X, and Password Manager wants to fill the same value X, Password Manager sets this field in the state Autofilled. Setting the field to be autofilled is not necessary, since it doesn't add new information. Moreover it destroys information, that this information came from website, not from Password Manager. This CL makes Password Manager skips setting such field in Autofill mode. More details how it breaks accounts.google.com on the bug. We're currently using union types for Trusted Types checks. We currently only provide String overloads for the cases where we need them. This adds an overload for ScriptURL, to prepare for upcoming changes to remove the union types. The actual fix is just to add `allow="fullscreen"` to the guest <iframe>, but we want to ensure we're setup for testing things like this. The Mock app_main.js is updated to support mock loading of videos as well as images, and the test message API is updated with a mechanism to pass a command (i.e. to invoke <element>.requestFullscreen()`). language_in=ECMASCRIPT_2018 is added to typechecking flags to permit use of the {...spread} operator. The test case tickles a DCHECK in Blink's layout logic (crbug.com/1052791). A neat enough workaround for that is to remove the `overflow: hidden` style from the main frame before attempting to fullscreen a video element. The DCHECK is hit in manual interaction as well, but seems to be innocuous when DCHECKs are disabled. With this class having been componentized it no longer makes sense to have "Chrome" in its name. After discussion we decided on "Stateful" to replace "Chrome", as the key difference between this class and the default //content-level SSLHostStateDelegate is that this class retains state about the user's discussions on proceeding past SSL errors. The incoming position needs to be converted to a uint64 before shifting. Otherwise, we lose the top four bits. This led to a bug where matched rule number 4096 would cause crashes, because the rule index is stored in the high 16 bits of the position. We lost four of those bits, and the bigest value we can store with 12 bits is 4095.
