Moves all uses of the Printing Service away from Service Manager APIs and over to direct service process + mojom usage. Introduces a GetPrintingService() function in chrome/browser/printing which returns a Mojo Remote that can control the sandboxed Printing Service process. The reported bug shows ChromeActivity.getFullscreenManager can be called while the activity is being destroyed, which will cause an IllegalStateException. Such incidents should be prevented from happening by checking the activity state before calling the API. This check existed in TabWebContentsDelegateAndroid (https://crrev.com/c/1547745) but removed in the course of refactoring (https://crrev.com/c/1621466). This CL puts it back. This change converts the XRSessionInit strings into a set of enum values representing the required and optional features that can be used to reason about them throughout the rest of the code base. Ultimately, these will need to be plumbed via mojo into the browser process and used to request consent or determine if a device supports all of the requested required features, but this change unblocks further development which can happen in parallel (e.g. rejecting attempts to use features that were not requested or implicitly allowed). Faster symbol hashing has a positive impact on data compression speed (around 20% on Intel and 36% on Arm Cortex big cores). A misfeature is that the generated compressed output will differ from vanilla zlib (even though it is still valid 'DEFLATE-d' content) and in some cases has slightly better compression ratio. We offer here a way to disable the optimization if there is the expectation that compressed content should match when compared to vanilla zlib. Chrome would crash when the same crostini app was queued for uninstallation multiple times, as the CrostiniRegistryService would return base::nullopt when asked for the registration. Instead just mark notifications for already-uninstalled apps as succeeding immediately. Add TestFilesDataSource a test URLDataSource for FileManager JS unittests chrome://file_manager_test/, to allow loading HTML/JS files directly from src/ which in turn allow loading other chrome:// resources/URLs. Add TestWebUIProvider used for tests to create an a WebUIController using TestFilesDataSource to serve test files from src/. This is created/removed on SetupOnMainThread and TearDownOnMainThread. This is similar to some WebUI tests which uses chrome://dummyurl/ [1] and chrome://test/ [2]. Tests using this new ability are included in CL:1738506. As part of refactoring crostini tests, we need the ability to assert that a compatible component exists (which was shipped as a data dependency to the device in tast). This call allows us to add an entry to the component manager, which prevents it from trying to download that component itself. This introduces a GetXRDeviceService() function in chrome/browser/vr/service/, which returns a lazily-established and self-closing interface pipe to the isolated XR Device Service process, which is started as needed and automatically cleaned up when not in use.
