NGInlineItemsBuilder::ToString() removes trailing spaces at the end of the block. This is unintuitive from the function name, and caused CL:1322184 to be reverted. This patch moves this to ExitBlock(), and make ToString() clean, without side effects. Ran webkit_unit_tests locally with DCHECK disabled. Modifies the pipeline so suggestions_controller responds with a model for suggestions instead of a customized UIView. This gives the accessory bar the responsibility (and the power) of creating the view. This is the first step to allow better animations, by not having to completely replace those views every time new suggestions arrive. As well as having an easy way to track the number of suggestions when a manual fallback icon is tapped. This CL creates a tab utility file (free functions used in managing tabs), and adds a function to it to create web navigation params from a URL, transition type, and post data. It factors this code out of BVC. Additionally, it moves the logic for translating a tab model index of NSNotFound into the last index of the model into TabModel. This was also in the BVC. Looks like the operation of base::internal::flat_tree::insert() will cause a build error in specific version of MSVC's STL. This CL makes a quick fix for the bug, which still needs a more generic solution. V4L2VEA supports only SHMEM video frame for Encode(). V4L2_MEMORY_USERPTR API is used on VIDIOC_QBUF, which is less efficient than V4L2_MEMORY_{MMAP, DMABUF} API. This enables V4L2VEA to accept DMABuf-backed video frame on Encode(). The video frame is queued with V4L2_MEMORY_DMABUF API unless ImageProcessor outputs SHMEM video frame. This reverts commit d27bb543. Reason for revert: This CL causes HW encoding functionality loss on some Chrome OS devices, minnie and kevin.
