This reverts commit 21349955. Some system UI windows (app list, system tray menu) will auto-dismiss when they are deactivated. Since STS panel takes focus, this caused these windows to dismiss as soon as STS was activated on them. Also, navigation features do not work great in system UI, which is UI control heavy and light on content (few paragraph and sentence constructs). Will only show navigation panel on nodes within webviews, pdfs, and Android apps. In the Blink Content Security Policy code, we switch from using the internal blink type blink::RequireTrustedTypesForDirective to using the mojo enum network::mojom::blink::CSPRequireTrustedTypesFor for parsing the directive 'require-trusted-types-for'. This is part of a project to harmonize the CSP code in Blink and in services/network, and will make it easier to synchronize Content Security Policies between the two. Periodic purge should ideally not be scheduled at all when a process is fully idle from the allocator's standpoint, that is doesn't allocate. The current current scheme achieves that, with non-trivial complexity (including managing reentrancy in the allocator). Make the code simpler, by modulating purge frequency with exponential backoff, rather than the complex mechanism we have. For some reason initially storing the device policy may take very long (46s) on grunt devices. Increase the timeout to 90s to make sure devices can still be enrolled while this error exists. This is a workaround to avoid enrollment errors until we identify the underlying problem. An observer for hosted domain changes was added in CL: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/2568285/4/chrome/browser/profiles/profile_info_cache_observer.h The profile picker has UI depending on the hosted domain and is intended to dynamically update when profile changes. To be consistent with other profile-related events, this CL updates the picker when the hosted domain changes as well. This CL moves parts of NativeIO to the IO thread to simplify interaction with the QuotaClient which must live on the IO thread. * Rename NativeIOContext to NativeIOManager. The NativeIOManager lives on the IO thread (see next point) * Create a new NativeIOContext to straddle the UI and IO thread. * Replace the deprecated DISALLOW_COPY_AND_ASSIGN() macro with deleted copy constructor and assignment operator in native_io_manager_browsertest.cc No functional changes are introduced.
