Historically, the struct RequestNavigationParams was introduced during the development of PlzNavigate navigation code (now the only navigation code). It made a lot more sense initially for this struct to be named like that, however as the codebase has evolved, it no longer makes as much sense. It is much more correct to be named CommitNavigationParams as it carries parameters needed to commit a navigation. This CL carries out this rename across the codebase. Previously video with object-fit:none or object-fit:cover was not clipped when the contents overflowed the replaced content box, because it was treated as an image that was supposed not to paint outside of the replaced content box but not true. Simplify overflow clip logic of replaced element. Remove the dependency of image overflow clip on compositing state. Now media no longer inherit overflow clip rule from image to ensure overflowing contents of media are clipped. ReplacedPainter will emit paint chunk with overflow clip depending on paint property only. No longer depends on other conditions. This applies to all replaced elements. Add MultiDrawManager with MultiDrawBeginCHROMIUM and MultiDrawEndCHROMIUM commands to batch chunks of MultiDraw calls MultiDraw commands that are larger than the transfer buffer are chunked into multiple commands. This was incorrect because gl_DrawID would get reset to 0 for each chunk. This change adds Begin and End commands which allow MultiDraw chunks to be batched and submitted all together when MultiDrawEndCHROMIUM is received. This change includes tests which check the expected commands and that the gl_DrawIDs for commands larger than the transfer buffer are correct. Whether an uploaded form is a <form> tag or a list of unowned <input>s may be useful for server side analysis. In particular, the list of unowned <input>s can contain several semantic forms (e.g. a search field, sign-in form, sign-up form).
