Implement backward compatibility install of Web Apps via shadow Bookmark Apps. On a web app install initiated by user we also must install the shadow bookmark app. All install changes for the extensions registry get propagated to the sync server (syncer::ModelType::APPS) and to all devices where BMO is disabled. Design doc: go/chrome-bmo-migration. This is a partial re-land of https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/2162507 We do only user-initiated installs. We did shadow bookmark app for system web apps by mistake and it caused flakes and failures in many browser tests. In this change I refactored the ProcessResponseImpl function of the FrameAncestorThrottle so that it can process a list of different checks, and I moved into a subfunction the checks for the X-Frame-Options logic. In this way it will be easier to add additional checks to the FrameAncestorThrottle, that will be required for moving Content Security Policy - Embedder Enforcement out of blink. X11 tests can fail because start up of OpenBox is not synchronous and it is unknown when exactly it starts up. That results in a client that uses X11 missing events and flakiness of tests. Thus, to avoid that issue, use a small program that creates a dummy X11 windows and waits for the ReparentNotify event. That is, OpenBox decorates all the windows once it is initialized that results in that event. Once the event is received, we can be sure that the WM is up and running, and tests can be executed. Content Security Policy Embedded Enforcement (https://w3c.github.io/webappsec-cspee/), a mechanism which checks whether a frame is allowed to be embedded, is currently being checked in blink. We want to start an experiment to port this check to the browser, alongside with other frame embeddedding checkers like frame-ancestor. This change adds an experimental feature which disables the current checker together with a virtual test suite for that feature. The actual implementation of oob-CSPEE will come in later steps. Several bits (mostly tests, but also Network Service in production) use mojo::core::SetDefaultProcessErrorCallback. This API was recently also made available through the Mojo public API where it can be safely used by clients consuming Mojo as a shared library. This CL migrates all the old API calls over to the new API and removes the old API from mojo/core. The APIs are functionally equivalent, so this is not a behvioral change. This patch "resets" the |FlagExpectations|, by removing all entries from except |Skip| and running the maintenance script. It turned out that the last 3 failures are because they are |Skip| in |TestExpectations|, but |Failure| was added to |FlagExpectations| probably before they were skipped. It looks like test runner runs such tests and report failures. It looks like there's a good room to improve the cleanup logic in my maintenance script, but since we're done to fix all failures for |FragmentItem|, this patch resets the |FlagExpectations|. https://crrev.com/c/2215523 added some more documentation about the Network Service and how it can crash and recover. This CL aims to elaborate on this a bit, explaining that if you have a URLLoaderFactory that you made, it shouldn't just keep working perfectly after the Network Service is restarted.
