Currently, the overlay is depending on the current state. In the case of browse mode, the state is set to BROWSE by the prompt action and reset to RUNNING at the end of it. This causes the overlay to flicker between prompt actions when multiple are present. To prevent this we introduce a new action to manually configure the overlay state from the backend. When the the new state is set to HIDDEN the overlay will never be shown. This overrides the current logic that decides the overlay state based on the current AutofillAssistantState. Both CrossSizeIsDefiniteForPercentageResolution and MainSizeIsDefiniteForPercentageResolution() are only called from UseOverrideLogicalHeightForPerentageResolution(). The former is called whenever MainAxisIsInlineAxis(child) is true and the latter when it's false. However CrossSizeIsDefiniteForPercentageResolution() has a path for MainAxisIsInlineAxis(child)==false which is impossible to reach. Thesame happens to MainSizeIsDefiniteForPercentageResolution() which has a path for MainAxisIsInlineAxis(child)==true which is also impossible to reach. Remove both death paths and replace them by assertions. Change-Id: I7c97ee46e992585ff2ff9b95e23341cc10b70eed Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/2275446Reviewed-by:

This class can be reused as-is by WebLayer. To facilitate the componentization, we break the dependency on InfoBarContainer by moving the InfoBarAnimationListener interface into its own file in //components/infobars as well. InfoBarWrapper will be able to return to being package-private once I change //weblayer to use the componentized InfoBarContainerLayout in a followup. Whether InfoBarContainerLayout's methods will be able to go back to being package-private depends on the resolution of sharing InfoBarContainerView, which I will be examining shortly. A test in here fails when the render document level is set to replace crashed frames and overall COOP seems like it will be sensitive to RD's changes, so it's best to ensure that its tests also run with the RD flags enabled. This just disables the failing test and leaves a TODO. //chrome's SwipableOverlayView.java has now been componentized, and hence //weblayer can reuse it rather than having its own custom copy. The only change made to this code in //weblayer was to support the fact that //weblayer needs to add the SwipableOverlayView to its parent at a specific index. This CL adds that API to the //components-level SwipableOverlayView.java and eliminates //weblayer's copy in favor of its using the //components-level class. Note: I didn't have the existing SwipableOverlayView#addToParentView() call through to the newly-added SwipableOverlayView#addToParentViewAtIndex() because the default value used for the index in the ViewGroup#addView() variant that doesn't take in an index doesn't seem to be documented publicly anywhere. In practice it looks like -1 from looking at the ViewGroup.java source, but I don't want to hardcode that without public documentation.
